4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk555 login credentials, including your username and password. kk555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 All personal information provided during Account registration and any subsequent KYC process must be accurate, complete, and current. kk555 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to maintain the accuracy of Account information held on file.
4.5 kk555 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an Account for any applicant without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
kk555 is required to verify the identity of Account holders prior to processing withdrawals and in response to certain account activity thresholds. Documents commonly requested include:
kk555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to a payment method different from that used for deposits without additional verification.

kk555 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times beyond the estimates above. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
The kk555 platform operates in PKR as its primary currency. Conversion rates applicable to USDT TRC20 transactions are determined at the time of the transaction and are non-negotiable. kk555 is not responsible for any losses arising from currency fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed through kk555 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant market, game, or event at the time the bet is placed. These product-level rules are accessible from within the relevant game or market on the kk555 platform.
6.2 A bet is only valid once confirmed by kk555's systems. Confirmation is displayed to the Player upon successful bet placement. kk555 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues or technical problems on the Player's end.
6.3 kk555 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, bets placed on markets that were incorrectly available, or bets placed by a Player in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6.4 In-play betting markets are subject to delay and suspension at kk555's discretion. Bets accepted during a suspension of in-play markets may be voided at kk555's sole discretion.
6.5 All casino games available through kk555 are operated by licensed third-party providers. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer outcomes and are final once the game round is concluded.
6.6 kk555 does not accept responsibility for any technical malfunction of games or systems beyond our direct control. In the event of a game malfunction, bets may be voided and stakes returned at kk555's discretion.

8.3 Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, kk555 may take any or all of the following actions: void any bets or casino winnings generated through the prohibited conduct; forfeit any bonus funds; close the Account permanently; retain any funds where legally permissible in connection with fraud or money laundering investigation; and report the matter to relevant authorities.

11.3 kk555's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11.5 kk555 is not responsible for telecommunications or internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or other external technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control that affect a Player's ability to access the platform or complete transactions.

13.1 You may request closure of your kk555 Account at any time by contacting kk555 Support. Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

In cases of regulatory requirement or urgent security necessity, changes may take immediate effect without prior notice.
14.3 Your continued use of kk555 after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using kk555 and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kk555 is licensed and operated. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon written request to kk555 Support.
15.2 In the event of any dispute between you and kk555 arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the kk555 platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via kk555 Support.

15.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
